Communities of Practice

An Innovative Approach to Training

Communities of Practice are designed for early childhood educators who are ready to go in more depth and reflect on their teaching and leading methods, ECCTC’s Communities of Practice offer a new perspective on professional development.

Communities of Practice are a group of early childhood educators and leaders who share a passion for educating children and engaging in the process of learning how to do it better as they interact regularly and support each other. Most Communities of Practice meet monthly, with the same group of teachers or leaders attending over an extended period of time.

ECCTC will have communities of practice available for different groups of providers and spaces will be dependent on current programs, enrollment, and location of providers. If you are interested in a community of practice, visit our event page to get registered.
