Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Collaborative Project
Develop awareness and practice positive thinking
Cultivating awareness and practicing positive thinking toward others can significantly impact the overall development of all children.
Join us for a six-part journey to gain a deeper understanding of what diversity, equity and inclusion look like in your community. Work alongside like-minded colleagues and professional development specialists to develop relationship building skills and action plans for intentional and positive change in your early care and education program!
Engage with families in your community
Relationships built on trust and understanding support the growth and development of young children. Getting to know the families in your child care program is a vital stepping stone to establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
Family Connection Sessions will help bridge the gap between families and child care providers as we take time to share information, ask important questions and actively listen to how they feel.
Grow as a professional and as a team
Enroll in a collaborative group that meets once a month, for six months to learn, problem solve, brainstorm, and create meaningful action plans together to implement in your child care programs.
